Plus, I’ve embedded the MMA Gambling Podcast that I host at the bottom of the article.

Main Card

Diego Lopes (+123) vs Alexander Volkanovksi

The main event doesn’t come down to technique or style or who is a “better fighter”. Alexander Volkanovski is 36 going on 37 and has been knocked out in back-to-back fights. Diego Lopes is younger, bigger, and a knockout threat. It’s as simple as that. I’ll gladly take the plus money on the Brazilian.

Paddy Pimblett (-148) vs Michael Chandler

Could Paddy Pimblett get knocked out by Michael Chandler? For sure. But I still like his chances of surviving and winning on the ground. As long as he’s fine getting continuously fouled by the dirtiest player in the game.

Yair Rodriguez (-198) vs Patricio Pitbull

It’ll be nice to see Patricio Pitbull in the octagon, but it’s a decade too late. Yair Rodriguez is going to be too big and dangerous for Pitbull to have a successful UFC debut.
